"Britannia of Billingsgate" was co-authored with Sewell Stokes and is her only work for the stage, premiering on 30 November 1931. However, in 1933 it was made into a film of the same name. That same year she turned it into a novel. But we're not done yet. On 15 November 1953 a new production aired as episode 46 of series 2 of BBC Sunday-Night Theatre. And on 15 February 1958 another new production aired as episode 4 of series 1 of Saturday Playhouse.
