Chris Scott

Chris has been unforthcoming with biographical data to date. However, following the trip to see "Wind in the Willows", in which he played Badger, I've nicked the following from the programme....

Chris considers himself a 'serious' actor who would never appear in pantomime. This is until he joined the Desborough Players in 1992 and fell under the magic spell that is panto. He has been in most of them since and learnt that there is little to beat making children laugh, at the same time introducing them to live theatre. He cannot sing or dance but manages to get away with both in pantomime!

Chris has been in numerous Desborough plays. He prefers comedy roles, seeing himself as a captain Mainwaring type, but won a Drama Festival award in the straight part of the shy batchelor in "From here to the Library" (not the ODS production).
